According to Activist1's website the stancoinsider, activist1 has been subpeoned to attend a deposition.

I think we as the public should know about these things, grant it I don't live in the city of Turlock, however that issue was widely publicized.

I think all of us should be asking questions about this, seeing how many had so many different opinions.

The Robo-caller sent out messages defaming local politicians, and may have effected the out come of the election. I believe the manipulation of the voters should be against the law.

Activist1, has blogger's rights which do provide for freedom of speech, so I ask is this lawsuit violating activist1's rights? Will other blogger's be sued for expressing their opinions. Where does one draw the line? between freedoms rights and opinion into libel?

Was Mary Jackson right in protecting her interest and character?
