Description: free gourmet food and cheese samples and activities at Hilmar Cheese Company’s annual Holiday Open and Taste of the Holiday’s dinner on Saturday, November 14. The day begins at 7 am with an omelet breakfast for $8. Gourmet food vendors with free samples available 10 am to 6 pm. A gift basket making demonstration is at 1:30 pm and cooking demonstration featuring local Amalia’s Cocina from Denair. Bring your camera to take your holiday photo with Santa and Hilmar Cheese Company’s spokescow Daisy form 11 am to 1 pm. Barrel smoked tri-tip sandwiches with sides and fixings $8 for lunch.
